Cultured Bread Class
Join me for a 3 hour class where I will be teaching the principle of culturing (fermenting) bread and other grains and its great benefits for your health. You can learn why so many have become wheat intolerant and gluten sensitive and what to do to avoid it, how to make right food choices, why cultured bread is different, and, most importantly, how to make this healthy bread. The information you will learn in this class could make a profound difference in your health and in the health of your loved ones. You will also be thrilled with the gourmet-like quality of an artisan healthy bread you are going to produce. I teach a method that is easy for even the beginning baker and gear the class toward the home baker. This special baking process creates artisan bread: crusty on the outside, moist and soft on the inside. There is also room for lots of creativity with my recipes. You will leave class with detailed handouts as well as having had a chance to sample the bread. Please, bring notebook and a pen to make your own notes.
